Instructions for Presenter of Lectures and Poster

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations of contributed papers are strictly limited to 25 minutes, which includes 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes discussion.

A LCD projector will be provided in each conference room for computer-based PowerPoint presentations. Any other equipment (e.g. overhead projector) must be requested before April 3, 2006.

Any promotion of commercial products and processes or agressive use of trade names or other forms of commercialism within the title, text or figures is not permitted in the technical sessions.

Poster presentations

Posters should be 1.20 m high and 0.90 m wide. The poster boards will be numbered accordings to the program.

Poster authors will have the opportunity to give a short presentation of 5 minutes of their poster. The presentation should focus on the most important features of the poster. Therefore a LCD projector will be provided for computer-based PowerPoint presentations.

Any promotion of commercial products and processes or agressive use of trade names or other forms of commercialism within the poster is not permitted.
